Awkward Encounter

I've been in an block for awhile... just feeling very uninspired. Or more like, I feel inspired, start something, then get bored with it. So I'm still working on a lot of stuff, I just can't get motivated to finish it.

This was actually something I started a few months ago. I just drew the squiggly lines. Then, a month and a half or so later, I colored them in. Then just tonight, I drew the Earth and weird plants/ trees while watching Hetalia. Altogether, this probably only took about 4 hours.

The original plan was to do a park scene with a tree and a huge moon. Then I thought... That's boring, I've done that several times. So I did the Earth instead and decided to make it part of the alien world. Perhaps this alien world can travel many light years with no problem. That's fun.

They're not invading Earth. They're just like... oh, would you look at that.

If the plants look familiar... they're inspired by the flowers from the animation in Marukaite Chikyuu xD. I thought they kinda looked like alien flowers and they were kinda cute, so I added them in.

The little ghost things were originally clouds, and I changed them into ghosts.

I know this is kind of a lazy drawing, but it's actually part of world-building. I'm trying to figure out this alien world. It's basically like a really weird version of ours. Idk what I'm going to do with it.
